Hotel stuff was very nice, hotel has an ambience of a familiy hotel, clean room, nice breakfast, good location - city center, from the beach 5 min walk, and from the old town 10 min walk.

Furniture and bathroom were not in the best condition, but the good things about hotel has compensated them.

Hello i stood there for 5 nights in August. the hotel staff were really nice, anything you ask they will be happy to help, Mario on night shift is a nice guy, happy to help and always in a good mood. I would definitely stay there again. Hotel area is very busy with shops/restaurants and not far from the clubbing area, but noise was not a problem! Seaside is 2 min walk, town centre 10-15 min walk...Great location!

Clean, comfortable room with balcony. Great location in the new town, about 15 minutes walk the old town and 30 seconds from the beach. The staff were friendly and very eager to help. There was a swimming poool which we didn't use, and breakfast was simple but filling.

One member of staff was rude to us on returning to the hotel one night, telling us off for not leaving our key at reception. We had not been told at check-in that this was the procedure so we were taken aback by his rude attitude. All other staff members were lovely though and it is only a minor point.

The majority of the staff were greeat;friendly, helpful & polite. The location was great for all the city's locations. The hotel is ideally located for the bars of Rhodes & the nightlife throughout the week, as noisy throughout the night, until early hours especially of the weekends!!! Also being close to the beach it is good to get the sun & locations for relaxing & chilling in the daytime

The Manager of the hotel seemed quiet, unreliable, unsociable & didn't help with problems in my room at all, even after complaining 3 times. The air conditioner could do with servicing, as noisy, temperature varies often & not being connected continuously, I found the room stuffy when returned in the evening. The magnet on the key completed the elctrical circuit for all sockets, lights & appliances in the room, so at night, having closed the door, in the darness, I had to lock the door & then search to connect the circuit to put lights on etc.

Hotel staff is top, super friendly and from the heart. Good value for your money. Nice clean rooms with airco,fridge,terras,tv,basic but all you need is there. Very good location, some noice at night but not too bad. Super bar, very nice and sweet barman Giorgos, goog food, cocktails and the best service ever. Highly recommended ! thanks to Dorothy and Kristo, Giorgos, Lefterris, Athnasios, Marios, the cleaning people from Sri Lanka and all the others whose names I did not know. They made my holiday super, very relax !!!

value for money (230 euros for 7 nights, air condition included), the location (in the center of the town, 50 metres from the sea, 15 minutes walking distance from the old town), very friendly and helpful staff at the reception

no fridge in the room, very old furniture, the water was never leaving the batroom´s floor after the shower, they didn´t change our sheets so often

Recomended, 100%, very nice staff, got all the help we asked for. If you're polite, you will too :)

I have no idea how this was rated as 8.4... At best it could maybe manage a 5 or 6.

The management of the hotel is the most hospital, smiling and friendly I have ever met. Hotel to recommend to everyone. Perfect location, nice breakfast.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating,location of the hotel was great for Rhodes Town,beaches and restaurants.The hotel was clean,rooms regularly serviced to a good standard.

The hotel whilst clean and with a very helpful staff was "tired".We booked a Triple Bed Sized room which was marginally larger than a double room.Had a third bed been put in the room it would have been very cramped. The decor in the room was in need off attention.The hotel pool was clean and adequate but was inadequate for those who may want to spend the day by the pool as there was only chairs no sunbeds.For the money we paid it was adequate.I Would reccomend the hotel to people on a budget ,its ideal for a short break

No buffet dinner at the hotel but plenty of good Greek restaurant around the hotel.

The staff was very helpful and lovely. The location was near to the city beach, close to the commercial harbour from where you can do day trips to other islands and close to the old town.Breakfast was exceptionell and there were many restaurants and clubs nearby.

Staff were friendly and helpful, free wifi in the lobby, great location close to everything, basic accommodation but perfect for the price. I'd definatly stay here again.
